Michael Giller
Principal

Michael began his professional career with the New York Life Insurance Company in 1965. Starting out on his own, Michael was instrumental in building two successful businesses, Sumar Planning Corp. and Sumar Enterprises Corp. He also formed the current corporation of Bretcor Associates, Inc. in 1991.

Michael is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Roundtable, an industry distinction for success in the life insurance industry serving both individuals and corporations. His financial and investment experience includes mutual funds, oil income properties, and real estate partnerships for 22 years.

Michael has over thirteen years experience in the Senior Settlements industry and currently specializes in financing life insurance plans for high net worth clients of all ages. He is licensed to conduct business in various states.

Through key networking, Michael has been able to forge strategic alliances with various partners throughout the United States offering assorted marketing strategies to fit the needs of clients and agents in the insurance industry as well as in other financial arenas such as real estate financing, project financing and asset based lending.

Michael’s long-term goals are to build a "specialty" life insurance brokerage organization offering various financing strategies to insurance brokers, CPA's and financial planners.

Bradley Miller
General Manager

After an earlier career in Medical sales, Brad joined The Prudential in 1983.  He furthered his training by taking additional courses in Personal Lines, Business Insurance and Financial Planning, earning the LUTCF - Fellowship designation from the Life Underwriters Training Council.

In 1995, Brad became an independent agent helping clients develop their insurance and financial plans in addition to medical benefits.  Adding employee benefits through AFLAC New York, he recently changed his producer’s contract to broker with his former manager. Brad is presently helping self employed, small business owners create a predictable income they can not outlive.

Brad also market merchant account processing of Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express through North American Bancard. At the same time, he coordinates with other financial professionals to provide services that are needed through being a Bretcor Associate.

On a personal note, Brad is a Past President of the Smithtown-Hauppauge Kiwanis Club which allowed him to be involved with many charities and community service projects. Brad holds a BS from The Citadel in Charleston South Carolina, and did graduate work at Hofstra University.  He is also a decorated Vietnam War Veteran.

Mitchell J. Schultz
Marketing Director

Mitchell J. Schultz, founder of Broadway Media, Xpress Gold Enterprises, Xtraordinary Adventures and innovator, brings his 35+ years of experience in publishing, marketing, fundraising, travel and promotional advertising to the company.

Mr. Schultz is also recognized as a leader in the world of alternate finance and media, world traveler, adventurer and a Certified Space Tourism Specialist.

Mr. Schultz has also been active in charitable programs and fundraising for over 40 years providing assistance to charities like the National Hemophilia Foundation, Mount Sinai Hospital, The National Council of Young Israel, The Audrey Hepburn Hollywood for Children Foundation and most recently the JANE ELISSA/CHARLOTTE MEYERS Endowment Fund for Leukemia and Lymphoma Research, etc.

Mitchell recently launched 'PLAN AHEAD' on WSBR "MoneyTalk" Radio to inform listeners about the Michael Poggi Wealth Institute inviting many new potential investors to their weekly educational seminars at his estate home in Davie, Florida. Now as media and marketing director for Bretcor Wealth Advisors, Mitchell brings his contacts and experience.

Mr. Schultz was previously a life agent with Met Life.

Richard Baffuto
Associate

Richard is a licensed life and health, property casualty broker since 1969 and worked as an Assistant Corporate Risk Manager for the Grumman Corporation and experienced Real Estate Licensed in the Investment Housing Market, Mortgage Broker and Banker.

Richard is a decorated Vietnam War veteran and a lifetime member of Local 1469 Veteran of Foreign Wars.  He is a volunteer, for over 30 years, in Community Youth Outreach sponsored by local churches.

Richard is a member in good standing of Brotherhood Benevolent Association for the past 15 years and actively sponsors a child through World Vision Organization.   Still married to first wife 40 years and counting.

Gregory Leznevich
Associate

Gregory grew up on Long Island, New York and graduated with honors from the world renowned High School for the Performing Arts of NYC. He then went on to get a degree in music and business at UMKC while on full scholarship.

Gregory’s first job out of college was working in sales for Pierre Cardin, which eventually turned into executive sales with protected accounts. Later on Gregory was offered the position of VP of Sales for the Northeast with Bally of Switzerland's leather goods division. While working for Bally, he was recruited by Paul C Martin and Company.

This was a major career move by Gregory into the insurance and financial arena with regard to starting his own independent business. While working for Paul C. Martin and Company (a New England Life affiliate), he achieved numerous awards in the industry and became a leader in the corporate benefit planning field.

Now a successful businessman, Gregory pursued working in the music field as well as the building industry bringing his expertise in finance to major companies as well as working on music award shows bringing clients/sponsors a chance to participate in a fun creative atmosphere while making money.

Gregory continues to grow as he works with wealthy individuals and estates in wealth creation and preservation.  He has built a first class reputation, especially as a member on the board of directors for LIBI, a multi-billion dollar association. With over 25 years of experience, Gregory has become a highly respected businessman with clients nationwide and internationally!
